Inclusion Committee and Women in Business
This committee seeks to increase business opportunities between Mexico and Canada by identifying and leveraging female talent and promoting equal opportunities at the workplace and professional level for all individuals regardless of race, sex, religion or sexual orientation.
- Integrating talented female executives into our various committees, achieving a professional balance that delivers better results.
- To empower female talent through mentoring and training programs.
- To promote at all times the inclusion and equity of all members of this Chamber.
- Link the committee and the Chamber with international organizations such as: UN Women or OWIT.
- Participate in national and international events and forums, such as: “Women’s Forum”.
- Promote corporate social responsibility.
- Increase presence in the Bajío region through the incorporation of new partners and the detection of female talent in the region.
