Compendium of Good Practices in Inclusion and Diversity of the CanCham Community
El Inclusion and Women in Business Committee of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce (CanCham Mexico) It seeks to increase business opportunities between Mexico and Canada that identify and leverage female talent. It also aims to promote equal employment and professional opportunities for all individuals, regardless of race, sex, religion, or sexual orientation. One way to advance these objectives is by highlighting the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices promoted by its partners.

In August 2024, they launched a call for proposals to develop the First Edition of the Compendium of Good Practices in Inclusion and Diversity of the CanCham Community with the objective of identifying and describing successful initiatives that community companies have implemented to build more inclusive environments.

This report summarizes the most relevant findings, including the benefits identified by participating partners. This information can be useful for more organizations to document their diversity and inclusion efforts in future editions of this compendium, as well as to inspire other companies to implement policies in this area.
