Compendium of Good Practices in Inclusion and Diversity of the CanCham Community<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p><\/div>

El\u00a0Inclusion and Women in Business Committee of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce (CanCham Mexico)<\/strong>\u00a0It seeks to increase business opportunities between Mexico and Canada that identify and leverage female talent. It also aims to promote equal employment and professional opportunities for all individuals, regardless of race, sex, religion, or sexual orientation. One way to advance these objectives is by highlighting the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices promoted by its partners.<\/p>

In August 2024, they launched a call for proposals to develop the\u00a0First Edition of the Compendium of Good Practices in Inclusion and Diversity of the CanCham Community<\/strong>\u00a0with the objective of identifying and describing successful initiatives that community companies have implemented to build more inclusive environments.<\/p>
