Webinar CanCham Mx | "Anti-corruption: Vision and Guidelines from Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)"

The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Mexico and the Embassy of Canada in Mexico are pleased to invite you to participate in an Anti-corruption Webinar offered by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).

This webinar will provide a better knowledge and understanding of the internationally respected guidelines on responsible business conduct (RBC), such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. It will also provide valuable information about Canadian legislation, more specifically the Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act, and the fact that in Canada, both domestic and foreign corruption acts are criminal offences that can be prosecuted.

This session will also offer possible solutions to mitigate and prevent corruption in your company in its operations abroad.
